Schecter’s success during the last ten years had been predicted. After all, they’ve been giving the metal scene precisely what they’ve been asking for quite some time. The Schecter Omen Extreme 6 is an excellent example. Aside from being one of the most competent guitars under $500, it’s also one of the most affordable. It’s also a real show-stopper.

The Schecter Omen Extreme 6 is the sort of guitar you want if you need something that can handle a lot of boost distortion while still sounding acceptable. Those trucks are incredible, especially given they were made in-house. The guitar offers a wide spectrum of sounds. It’s simple to dial in numerous distorted and clean tones, as well as go several keys lower with your tune. There’s enough profit to deal with each of these problems. In other words, if you’re looking for a guitar that can play drop D or deeper, this is the guitar for you.

The Omen and Omen Extreme collections aren’t for the faint-hearted. These guitars can carry a significant punch while staying incredibly flexible, thanks to mahogany bodies (quilted maple tops on the Extremes), Schecter Diamond Plus pickups, and a fitted contoured heel.

  1. Shawn Arnold

It’s a lovely guitar with a lot of features. Aside from tuning, this instrument is ready to play straight out of the box. It’s comfortable to play with because of its sturdy weight and size, as well as the twin cutaways. Without the need to switch guitars during shows, you can get almost any voice out of this gem. Definitely a good investment!

This guitar is fantastic and just what I was looking for. However, during shipment, the packing caused damage. On one side, which is also the least significant, there is just styrofoam. As a result, a string was snapped, and one of the frets was chipped. In addition, I found a work glove in my package.
